* Unlike most Sales Representative organizations, Image Associates is a Total Customer Service Organization by handling your RFQ's and technical questions.  Although all our Principals have an 'Open Door' customer assistance policy, Quotes, Purchase Order handling as well as Engineering Technical Support often generate from our office.  We also have worked with many Start-Up companies and have taken their conceptual product from an initial design idea to the marketplace fully packaged, boxed and crated.  Due to our strong Electronic and Mechanical Engineering experience, our Customers often first approach Image Associates for fast immediate assistance and enjoy the 'one-stop' personal assistance and convenience.

* Image Associates is well known throughout the U.S. (predominately in Southern California) as an ethical and well respected Sales Representative & Distributor from our Customers and other Sales Representative Organizations alike.

* Being a U.S. Distributor under our Corporate name Image Electronics, Inc. for off-shore products such as AC Power Cords and stitched fabric/plastic custom materials,  we are financially stable with strong cash reserves plus an excellent L.O.C. through a major U.S. Bank.

* Steve Geldman, Image Associates Founder & President, started the company after employed 17 years in the field of Quality Assurance Management for Commercial (Superscope/Marantz Co., Lexitron Corp., Micom Systems & Amperif Corp.) and Military (Raytheon & Litton/Northrop Grumman) Corporations.  Because of this background, our company is based on 'Focus to Detail' with excellent communications with our Customers and Principals alike.  It is not just about 'making the sale', but assisting our Customer's Procurement, Engineering and QA Personnel in making their jobs easier.

* We are an active Member of the Electronics Representatives Associates (ERA) since 1992.  Steve has been on the Southern California ERA Board of Directors and is currently seated as an ERA Board Advisor.  www.erascal.org

* Steve has written numerous Trade Magazine articles, both technical and sales related, for the Electronic Manufacturing Industry.  Such articles have been printed in well respected National publications such as Quality Magazine www.qualitymag.com, Agency Sales Magazine (Manufacturer's Agents National Association) www.manaonline.org  as well as ERA Newsletters www.erascal.org/newletters.
